Reorganization of the CSR promotion structure

Fields established the CSR Committee in May 2008 to oversee all corporate citizenship activities. The committee conducts these activities in a flexible and structured manner with the objective of using CSR activities to contribute to making our lives more pleasant and fulfilling.

Fields revised part of its CSR promotion framework in April 2012. To create a better base for risk management, the Information Security and Risk Management working groups were combined to create the new Risk Management working group. The CSR organization now consists of the CSR Committee, which establishes policies and strategies for CSR management, and five working groups that oversee progress with CSR promotion activities: Social Contribution Activities Promotion, Employee Satisfaction Promotion, Customer Satisfaction Promotion, Compliance Promotion and Risk Management Promotion. We will use this structure to continue to meet our social obligations with regard to all stakeholders.
