    On December 14, 2022, 20 employee volunteers carried out a regular cleanup activity in Nampeidai-cho in Shibuya, Tokyo, where TSUBURAYA FIELDS HOLDINGS and other companies’ head office are located, as a part of CSR (social contribution) activities.

    Our group will continuously undertake a variety of measures linked to local society contributions and environmental protection.
    *We are carrying out these activities after thoroughly implementing measures to prevent infection diseases.

    On November 30, 2022, 11 employee volunteers carried out a regular cleanup activity in Nampeidai-cho in Shibuya, Tokyo, where TSUBURAYA FIELDS HOLDINGS and other companies’ head office are located, as a part of CSR (social contribution) activities.

    Our group will continuously undertake a variety of measures linked to local society contributions and environmental protection.

    On Friday, November 18, 2022, we participated as a member of the branch in clean-up activities around Higashi-Ueno organized by the Kanto and Koshinetsu branch of KAIDOU-YUSHO Cooperative as part of its environmental conservation activities.
    This activity aims to contribute to the local community of Uenomura, where pachinko and pachislot manufacturers and sales companies are centered, by cleaning up around Higashi-Ueno, where many union members of the branch have their offices. On the day of the event, 55 people, mostly union members of the branch, worked hard to pick up trash for about an hour on a fine autumn day.

    Going forward, our group will continue to engage in a variety of activities that contribute to the society and protect the environment in cooperation with industry associations and local communities.

    ■KAIDOU-YUSHO is a business cooperative organized by trading companies that mainly sell pachislot machines. They are working to fulfill their responsibilities and obligations in response to issues surrounding the industry.

    As part of its CSR activities, we participated in the “Autumn Regulation Awareness Campaign 2022” sponsored by Shibuya Ward, site of the Company’s head office on November 1, 2022.
    Volunteers participated in the activities and cleaned up the areas around Shibuya Station.

    On Tuesday, September 27, 2022, the ULTRAMAN FOUNDATION co-hosted the Ultra Kids Project, an online event for children undergoing treatment for intractable diseases in hospitals across Japan, holding the Ultra Hero Show and more with the public interest incorporated foundation, Solaputi Kids’ Camp.

    For children in 30 hospitals and facilities across Japan that continue to treat intractable diseases, we streamed the original Ultra Hero Show from Solaputi Kids’ Camp, a camping facility in Takigawa City, Hokkaido, for children with intractable diseases and their families.

    The screenplay of this hero show is written by Yoichi Komori who is an author and manga creator, and one of the planners of this project.

    During the show, the children enthusiastically cheered on the Ultra Heroes. After the show, there was a live online exchange between the Ultra Heroes and the children, including fingerplay songs and rock-paper-scissor games.

    Through this project, we aim to unite the hearts of the Ultra Heroes and children battling illness across Japan.

    Going forward, ULTRAMAN FOUNDATION will continue to implement activities for our children’s future.

      [Group CSR] “KAIJU STEP SDGs Daisakusen Meal Service Week for Future,” a food education event, has been held at around 200 kindergartens and nursery schools in the Kansai region.

    From Monday, September 26 to Friday, September 30, 2022, Tsuburaya Productions, Uokuni Food Services Co.,Ltd. and the Consumer Affairs Agency have been holding the food education event “KAIJU STEP SDGs Daisakusen Meal Service Week for Future” at around 200 kindergartens and nursery schools in the Kansai region (targeting approximately 20,000 people).
    From Monday to Friday, we have provided a special meal menu on a daily basis themed to SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals). In addition, we have learned about SDGs enjoyably with children through reading and distribution an educational picture book to reduce food loss and KAIJU STEP SDGs Daisakusen animations and video messages from producers of ingredients used in meals.

    Going forward, we will continue to engage in initiatives aimed at raising and achieving SDGs awareness and a variety of activities linked to social contributions.

    Kaiju Step Wandabada, an anime featuring the popular KAIJU from Ultraman series as the cute “Little Kaiju,” is expanding its activities such as the distribution of animations and events for children who first learn about SDGs, as well as on-site classes.

      [Group CSR] Creation of an educational picture book to reduce food loss, one of the social issues raised by the SDGs
    Carried out a regular cleanup activity in Shibuya's Nampeidai-cho neighborhood

    Tsuburaya Productions and the Consumer Affairs Agency created a picture book titled “KAIJU STEP SDGs Daisakusen TABEMONO KAIJU ARAWARU!?” as an awareness campaign to reduce food loss, one of the social issues outlined in SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals). Through picture book, we will deepen children’s and their families’ interest in food loss and create opportunities to think about how to reduce food loss at home.
    The picture books have been distributed to a selection of kindergartens and nursery schools, and been read to children and posted electronically on the Consumer Affairs Agency’s website. We also have released an audio book version on the Ultraman Official YouTube Channel.

    Going forward, we will continue to engage in initiatives aimed at raising and achieving SDGs awareness and a variety of activities linked to social contributions.
