    In the Fields Group's support for recovery of areas impacted by the Great East Japan Earthquake, both Tsuburaya Productions Co., Ltd. and intra-Group participating companies have established the "Ultraman Foundation" to take continuous measures to support, both materially and morally, the opening of a new future for children.
    In addition to contributions to the Foundation, Group employees voluntarily participate in support of a variety of activities.
    To maintain growth as a corporation and meet its social obligations, the Fields Group will in future make steady progress, one step at a time. We would like to thank everyone for their continued support.

      Participated in the "The union beautification day at Shibuya Station", sponsored by the Shibuya ward Beautification Promotion Committee

    In Tokyo's Shibuya ward, site of the Fields head office, we participate periodically in the "union beautification day at Shibuya Station". More than 30 employees volunteered for cleanup activities in June, July, September, October, November and December 2011, concentrating on areas adjoining Shibuya Station.
    Going forward, Fields will continuously undertake a variety of measures linked to local society contributions and environmental protection.

      Chosen by Daiwa Investor Relations Co., Ltd. as the "2011 Internet IR Superior Company Award"
    2012 Internet IR Superior Company Award

    In Daiwa Investor Relations Co., Ltd. "2011 Internet IR Best Company Award Grand Prix (3 firms), Best Company Award (25 firms) and Superior Company Award (151 firms)", our IR site was chosen for the "2011 Internet IR Superior Company Award".

    The IR sites on the homepages of all exchange listed companies were eligible for the 3 awards. Based on the criteria of "5T&C" (timeliness, transparency, traceability, trustworthiness, totality or inclusiveness + communication), the primary screening was conducted focusing on basic topics of Internet media attributes, and 1,471 companies were selected for secondary screening.

    Fields will continue with all-around fillout of its IR activity, seeking for stockholders and investors yet more useful information provision and communication venue creation.

      Chosen by Nikko Investor Relations Co., Ltd. as "Fiscal Year 2011's Best Site"

    In Nikko Investor Relations Co., Ltd. "Fiscal Year 2011 Adequacy Ranking of All listed Company Homepages", the Fields IR site was chosen as the "Best Site" (4th consecutive year of comprehensive ranking selection, No. 1 in emerging market ranking for the second straight year, No. 1 ranking by industry).

    The rankings covered the homepages of 3,603 domestically listed companies. The research performed based on 135 items for the 3 criteria of "ease of understanding", "ease of use" and "information quantity", for objective evaluation. The ranking adopted as one of its indicators the "degree of information disclosure and Web adequacy" in the Nikkei Digital Media, Inc. "NEEDS-Cges" (Corporate governance evaluation system).

    While highly honored by this recognition, Fields will continue with all-around fillout of its IR activity, seeking for stockholders and investors yet more useful information provision and communication venue creation.

      Promotion of winter energy conservation measures

    Continuing on with energy conservation measures implemented in the summer (May to September 2011), Fields maintained its conservation promotion in the following winter (November 2011 to March 2012).
    Based on government requests for cooperation, Fields sought in the winter a year-on-year objective of 15% or more in cuts of total power consumption by all nationwide companies and branches. The understanding of customers who visit Fields premises is requested.

      Notification of results of summer energy conservation measures

    As energy conservation cooperation in concerns about electricity shortages in the summer of 2011, Fields formulated its own implementation plans based on government plans, and took measures to conserve electricity.
    In energy conservation, the goal is a 15% reduction is usage volume vs. weekday peak loads within the Tokyo Electric Power and Tohoku Electric Power areas. Based on this, we have promoted a total nationwide reduction target, in all companies and branches, of 25% or more.
    Tabulation of reduction rates for the May to September 2011 summer period has recently been completed. With a result of a year-on-year cut of 29.2%, the target of 25%-plus has been bettered.

      Renewal of ISO 9001:2008 certification for quality management

    In January 1999, Fields was awarded the internationally recognized ISO9002:1994 certification for its quality management system. This was changed to "ISO9001:2000" in December 2002, and in July 2010 to the latest standard of "ISO9001:2008" (JIS Q9001:2008). The same standard certification was recently renewed in July 2011.
    As we deploy measures to improve our quality management system further, every employee will move with a keen awareness of the importance of service quality to earn the trust of society and our customers.

    In August 2007, Fields obtained international standard "ISO/IEC 27001:2005" and domestic standard "JIS Q 27001:2006" certifications for its information security management system. These were consecutively renewed in July 2011.
    Going forward, as we pursue additional measures to improve the system, every employee will act with a keen awareness of the importance of information security to earn the trust of society and our customers.

      Promotion of energy conservation measures ("Cool Biz" accommodation)

    As in our "Notification of results of summer energy conservation measures" dated June 1, 2011, Fields will cooperate to counter this summer's feared electric power shortage by reducing our usage volume by 15% from weekday peaks in the Tokyo Electric Power and Tohoku Electric Power areas, and by 25% or more in our nationwide companies and branches.

    From the coming July 4 (Monday), Fields will supply to employees its designated Cool Biz official shirts. As with the usual suits, we will prescribe the shirts for normal attire for the summer season, jointly with Super Cool Biz. With these steps we are seeking all-around power conservation cooperation and raising employee awareness, and for customers as well are requesting their understanding.

      Japan Business Systems, Inc. has distributed a press release introducing examples of the Fields energy conservation measures (reduction of PC power consumption, etc.)

    As a measure to energy conservation, Fields is promoting various policies to reduce total power consumption by 25% or more. Examples were contained in a press release from Japan Business Systems, Inc. introducing our measures (reduction of PC power consumption, etc.).

    At Fields, specific measures will be steadily implemented, and as new measures going forward, we will continuously study and carry out work style changes and a variety of other action plans.

      Co-sponsorship of charity golf tournament

    Fields has long cooperated in various types of sports meets related to its sports business, and thereby conducted a wide range of social contribution activity.

    Continuing on from fiscal years 2009 and 2010, May 2011 saw Fields cooperate in the "East Japan Earthquake Support Charity, the Legend Charity Pro-Am Tournament". Proceeds from entry fees, charity auctions and the sale of tickets will be donated for support of recovery in the earthquake-damaged area. Going forward, in order to fulfill its corporate social obligations, Fields will take even more all-around measures for greater social contribution activity.

    As part of its CSR (social contribution) activity, Fields participated in this cleanup day sponsored by Shibuya Ward, site of the Company's head office.
    7 employee volunteers participated in this Ward-wide cleanup, centering on the neighborhood of Shibuya Station. Going forward, Fields will continuously undertake a variety of measures linked to local society contributions and environmental protection.

      [Group CSR] Tsuburaya Productions Co., Ltd. established the "Ultraman Foundation"

    Tsuburaya Productions Co., Ltd., a Fields consolidated subsidiary, with the concurrence of other Group companies, established the "Ultraman Foundation". The purpose of the foundation is to provide ongoing emotional and material support for years to come to those whose lives have been affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake, in particular the children that embody our hopes for the future.

    Going forward, the Fields Group will not only donate to the Foundation, but also provide continuous material and moral support to earthquake victims.

      Installation of AED (automatic external defibrillator) unit
    AED(automatic external defibrillator) AED(automatic external defibrillator)

    For protecting the lives and safety of employees and others, Fields on January 7, 2011 successively started bringing in AED equipment to all head office floors and to 7 regional offices and 26 branch offices nationwide, for a total of 35 locations, with a target completion date of March.

    AEDs are devices that administer electric shocks to restart hearts that have stopped. They were approved for use by non-medical persons in July 2004.

    So that they can be made useful for employees, persons who visit Fields and those who live nearby, the devices are available in the elevator halls of each head office floor, near the entrances of companies and branches, and other easily understood locations.
    Altogether, then, to enable prompt responses in emergencies, we are promoting training for employees in the use of AEDs, including the heart-lung resuscitation method.
